“I was in San Diego and visited Dr. Anderson’s office for a treatment I tore my rotator cuff in my left shoulder about five years ago. I have had constant pain with it. My doctor told me I would need surgery to fix it. I had drug my feet on this procedure because it would keep me out of work for three to four months.
